چکیده

Background: SARS-COV2 (Covid19) pandemic has a scaring burden on hospitals and health care providers all over the world. Unfortunately, after one year of pandemic, millions persons are infected either mild symptoms or critical ones unexplained deaths. Till now, No effective treatment vaccination. Researches showed that Covid 19 associated with elevated interleukin-6. Subsequently, Studies reported tocilizumab (IL-6 antagonist) may be in patients even though other were shown it is not reduction mortality. (1,2) Therefore question rheumatic diseases who already receiving having primary protection against infection comparing to biologicals conventional Therapy not. Objectives: Our objective was determine if tocolizumab had biologics. Methods: A Retrospective study done among 100 (Group 1: 10 tocilizumab, Group2: 40 (30 antiTNF IL17 antagonist), Group3: cDMARDs) from March Dec 2020. Detailed history, clinical presentation, laboratory, computed tomography chest PCR for covid presented patients. Results: Among median age 21, patient (19%) (2 6 antiTNF, 1 antagonist, cDMARDs). Symptoms fever (89.4%), Fatigue (78.9%), myalgia Headache (73.7%), Dyspnea (52.6%), Cough (47.3%), pain (26.3%) hypoxia (5%). CT findings positive (52.63%) while 15 out (78.94%). Nevertheless, there no significant statistically difference between groups according SARS-COV2. (p=0.704) Conclusion: Tocilizumab protective (COVID 19) compared biological cDMARDs diseases. Evaluation of expression and titration of recombinant nucleocapsid protein as an immunogenic candidate against SARS-CoV2

Introduction: Covid-19 epidemic results from an infection caused by SARS-CoV2. Evolution-based analyses on the nucleotide sequences show that SARS-CoV2 is a member of the genus Beta-coronaviruses and its genome consists of a single-stranded RNA, encoding 16 proteins. Among the structural proteins, the nucleocapsid is the most abundant protein in virus structure, highly immunogenic, with sequenc...
